He’s the sort of frog who writes thank-you notes on pressed leaf paper and tucks extra scarves into his satchel “just in case.” Cider has a knack for listening more than talking, and the forest folk say he gives the best advice—usually over a steaming mug of apple peel tea.
Backstory:
Cider was once a traveling tadpole with big dreams of seeing the world. He journeyed far—through muddy fields, dewy meadows, and foggy forest paths—until one blustery autumn, he stumbled upon an orchard abandoned but not forgotten. He made his home in a split log under the oldest apple tree, where the apples still fell sweet and crisp each fall.
There, he discovered his true calling: gathering stories and seeds. He hosts little gatherings for woodland creatures where he reads tales he's written and serves tart apple crumbles. His best friend is a quiet moth named Parchment, who helps carry stories on her wings to far-off places.
