Shipping Policy
Due to the handmade nature of my products most products ship within 5-7 business days from the date you order. You should expect to receive your order 2-5 days after carrier has received your order.
However, during high demand seasons expect an additional 7-14 days from the date of your order. Please be sure to add on any shipping times that USPS estimates during high volume seasons.
We ship using USPS, upgraded shipping may be requested PRIOR to ordering, please contact us through the contact us page or through our direct chat portal at the bottom right of any page on our site.
We do not refund shipping cost unless agreed upon for special circumstances.

Please note that all returns require prior approval from Ivory Magnolia. Photo evidence of defective items must be provided. All returning items must be returned in the original box with all original contents.
Unfortunately, we do not refund the initial shipping costs, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. All returned items are processed at the end of each calendar week Mon-Friday.
