Can I return a product?

Our return policy allows for returns of defective items or wrong orders, which must be initiated 24 hours of receipt. Exchange for damaged items or

Please note that all returns require prior approval from Ivory Magnolia. Photo evidence of defective items must be provided. All returning items must be returned in the original box with all original contents.
 
Unfortunately, we do not refund the initial shipping costs, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

When can I expect my refund to show on my account

Accepted Answer

Once a return has been received by Ivory Magnolia, refunds will be returned via the original payment method, please expect to see any refunds 3-5 business days after we receive your order.

All refunds are processed at the end of each week as we receive them.

Question 3

How long does it take to ship

Accepted Answer

Due to the handmade nature of my products most  products ship within 5-7 business days from the date you order. You should expect to receive your order 2-5 days after carrier has received your order.

However, during high demand seasons expect an additional 7-14 days from the date of your order. Please be sure to add on any shipping times that USPS estimates during high volume seasons.

Do I get a tracking number?

Once your order is ready to ship a shipping label will be populated with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number in your email that you provided at checkout.

Contact us if you did not provide an email and we will add one to your order and upload your tracking number.

Question 5

Where is my package?

Accepted Answer

If your package has not arrived please refer to your tracking number which is usually sent to you via email once your package ships from Ivory Magnolia.

If you have not received your package  7-15 days without an update on your tracking please contact us through either our Contact Us page or use the chat icon at the bottom right of our site.

We will contact USPS to begin the lost package process. We must wait 7-15 days after tracking has stopped updating as USPS requires this.

How big are the frogs

Basil, Olive and Cider are approximately six (6) inches.

Fig and Plum are approximately five (5) inches.

Thyme and Marigold are approximately four (4) inches.

Which frogs are wired.

Accepted Answer

Only Thyme and Marigold are wired frogs, they have poseable limbs.

Question 8

Which frog fits which sweater?

Accepted Answer

Basil is best suited to the Cranberry Tweed sweater and the Okie wheat sweater

Thyme, Marigold and Fig have no sweater to fit them at this time.

Olive and Cider fit into the Heart and Bluebell sweaters.

Plum fits into the Purple Pansy sweater only. And can only be purchased with Plum as a set.

How big are the gooses

Both the Christmas and Spring goose measure 24 inches tall by 19 inches long.

Are your animals toys?

While soft and cuddly, these knit creatures are designed as collectibles or gentle display items. They are also great as a toy for children with monitoring by an adult. Any knit objects that have eyes are made using safety eyes but there is no guaranteed they will hold in place with or during play. All stuffed and sewed plush critters are a great gift for children and adults alike, again caution must always be taken when playing with any toy. Adult supervision is recommended.

Can you recreate a sold-out item?
